Foundation Hires Digital Marketing and Membership Manager

Tallahassee, FL (June 28, 2018) – The Fish and Wildlife Foundation of Florida (FWFF) announced the hiring of Michelle Ashton as the organization’s new digital marketing and membership manager.
President and CEO Andrew Walker said, “We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Ashton to our team. Her experience fills a need at the Foundation and will help us grow to better serve Florida’s wildlife. Communicating with donors, the media, and the public is vital to our mission, and we look forward to improving our efforts with the creation of this role.”
Ms. Ashton joins FWFF with more than 12 years of experience in communications, project management, and community engagement. Her diverse background includes work in public-private partnerships, cultural organizations, and non-profits in Louisiana and Texas. She earned two bachelors from Louisiana State University and a masters from Tulane University.
Ms. Ashton said, “It is an honor to join FWFF’s team and to be able to further its mission. I could not be more excited to extend my passions to FWFF, to call Tampa home, and to explore Florida’s world-famous outdoors with my husband.”
