Mrs. Connie S. Parker, Secretary
Connie S. Parker is CEO and Founder of CSPARKERGROUP, a company focused on reorganization, restructuring, and revitalization of mid-market companies in transition, both private and public. In addition, she is a Managing Partner in 12-North Capital, an equity capital/asset management firm focused on domestic commercial real estate. Previous to founding her own enterprises, she was Chief Administrative Officer of the JE Robert Company located in McLean, Virginia. JER was a multi-billion dollar, international, private equity firm devoted to commercial real estate globally.
Ms. Parker is currently a board member of Banker’s Insurance, in Florida, where she serves as chairman of audit, compliance and enterprise risk management. Bankers is a mulit-product line insurance company operating domestically throughout the US. She is also a board member of AlphaintelX, a technology company focused on the financial services advisory industry. AlphaintelX is a full service technology firm with disciplines in mobile applications, data mapping and mining, and social media, with emphasis on cutting edge technology in brain science learning adaptations.
Ms. Parker’s involvement in the not-for-profit sector spans state and national organizations. She is a trustee of Florida House, the only state embassy in America, located in Washington, D.C. She serves on the development committee. Her national involvement is in natural resource conservation. Serving on the Board of the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership as an Executive Committee member and Board Secretary. Most recently, she was elected to the National Policy Council of Ducks Unlimited, a council devoted to issues of wetland and waterfowl preservation through public policy initiatives.
Ms. Parker holds a Masters Degree (MSOD) from American University in Organizational Development and a B.S. in Human Relations, from Trinity College, where she received honors on her thesis work. Both institutions are located in Washington, DC.
